Ipad software for audits

Hello,
Has anyone used any type of software on their IPADs for auditing? I have seen a number of Apps for forms that maybe used with some editing. The type of auditing is mainly internal auditing for 13485:2016 and regulatory.

The Audit Manager VDA 6.3 for the iPad is a new app designed to facilitate the work for the auditors. With the iPad a new possibility to make their work more efficient, and in the process replacing files and paper, was found.

Thank you for the suggestions. I see that there are a number of good form building apps for the Ipad that will allow you to write your own forms and then export in a number of formats.
