IQA's (Institute of Quality Assurance) Unit C5 - Environmental Management

I have a problem and was wondering if anyone could help. I want to study IQA's unit C5 - environmental management but none of my local colleges run this course. I've been in touch with the IQA but had no response. Does anyone know a college / university that runs this module on a distance learning basis?
