Hello all! I am new in using the IQRM software and am having a little trouble transitioning from excel based FMEA's. I was wondering if anyone has created simple work aids and/or presentations to help simplify how to create a PFMEA and DFMEA. More specific I'm having trouble with understanding the linking of functions and failures to causes and effects. Any help is appreciated!

I tried a Google search for IQRM Software and got no results. I think this is APIS software
I have never heard of IQRM before so I'm at a loss. There a few posts here about them: IRQM but none give any answers. As Jennifer posted in another thread about this software, your fastest resolution may be to identify and ask the software maker about a specific concern like this.
