It appears that IRCA stops fair-use copying and pasting of any part of its application form.

But take a look at Section 5 and the notes on Section 5.

Global Exemplar (was more modestly called RABQSA) runs a competency-based scheme where, in theory, you need no training.

Since the same organizations who run auditor certification also accredit training courses which lead to certification, it wasn't going to be an option, really...
