The question you ask has been discussed here on a number of occasions. You may want to search the forums while waiting for answers from the experts on this often asked topic.
Personally, I would not accept Consultant/Training Services from the same organization who would be my Registrar. True, maybe the individual who provides training/consultant services one time and then auditing on behalf of the Registrar/Client the next, could keep things seperate but, IMO it places the Registrar Organization in danger of conflict of interest.
If a registration body diversifies and does both registration audits and consultant/training service, they should do one service (registration/auditing)for one client and the other service (consultant/training) for the second. Don't provide
both services for the same client.
