K
My first post, so be gentle please
My company had assistance in writing our QS procedures for ISO9001:2008 and for the last month or so, I have been rewriting them to conform with our business. I have come to Internal Quality Audits and it says that once the audit file is closed it should contain:
1)schedule
2)checklist
3)Audit team qualifications
4)Closure Certificate
I have searched this forum and looked for examples and have found nothing regarding a "Closure Certificate".
Is this required and if so where would I find an example and the requirements for contents.
Thanks in advance
Kirt

IIRC, TS did not get enough votes to become a standard, that is why it is a Technical Specification. So, if it did not get enough votes to be a standard, that would make it sub-standard, would it not?
