Dear Food Professionals,
Hope that you are doing well. Now a days we are going in preparation stage of ISO 22000 in our company. For this i have some questions that
1- Is it necessary to consider ISO 22002-1 for the implementation of ISO 22000 standard?
And if we are considering
2- If we have some reservation on some points in in ISO 22002-1 due to any reason (Huge cost) and we didn't implement it but this non-implementation creats no Hazard for the product then still it will be NCR or not?
Detail: Our product is exposed at 5 stages before packing and if we start to cover these areas; it need a huge cost. On the other side we don't have any hazard history from these points because our production hall is controlled for temperature and access. Should we cover these steps or not?
