Is the ISO/SAE 21434 a certifiable standard?

I wanted to know if the ISO/SAE 21434 is a certifiable standard? One of my client has an IATF 16949 certification and is planning to include the requirements of ISO/SAE 21434, "Road Vehicles - Cybersecurity Engineering".

Additionally, if you anyone could give me the path for building the ISO/SAE 21434 requirements, it would be much appreciated.

Any standard is "certifiable". Certification Bodies love to find new revenue streams and would most definitely audit and certify against it, but there is no accreditation scheme set up for this standard as far as I know, and because of the complexity and specificity of the subject matter, finding a competent audit team would be a major challenge.

How to find if there is an accreditation scheme set up?
