I am not an expert but we were certified to it while waiting for FSSC 22000 to be GFSI apporoved so I have the standard (although it is version 5). A few pieces that indicate a structured management review should occur.

Nothing specific about face-to face but I would think it could be interpreted as that based on the wording.
