Is there a standard (ISO) to control the use of ISO, IAF and CB logos?

Hi all.

I have a question, please share your comments in this regard.
We have a company which was ISO 9001 2008 certified.

The people in this company, are using in their email system
footer the ISO, IAF and the CB logos (jpg images).
The CB, asked this company to remove their logos, because their were not authorized to be used, but didnt refer an ISO document where they support
the raising of a nc or something like that.
Question

Is this prohibition based on some ISO standard?, or is it just
common sense, (legal use)

No, there is no "ISO Standard" that stipulates and prohibits it. But the ISO logo is the property of ISO and not allowed to be used by certified companies. See details at http://www.iso.org/iso/home/name_and_logo.htm.

As for the CB and AB logos, each CB and AB have requirements on where, how and how not to display their logos. If your organization has been certified by a credible CB, they should have provided you with the instructions on usage of the logos/marks.
