Out of curiosity, are Customers (car industry) more inclined to pass complaints now rather than say 10 years ago? I am thinking of the increased technical demands that follow from robotization and the increased ease to pass complaints that follow from modern digital management systems.
Is any one monitoring it? An index or such.
