Is there any Excel .xls Spreadsheet available for DOE with 3 factors?

Hi do anyone have xls for three factor DOE? I am designing a tablet formulation with different concentration of binder and want to find which concentration of binder provide me the desired result. Thanks in advance guys

There are Excel files (broken link removed) for DOE. However, from the scant description that you have provided, you may be dealing with a mixture design, which is a highly specialized design vastly different from what you would typically find in Excel.
