ISO 10031- Did you know about this standard?

My ex-boss called me up regarding ISO 10031. (Embarrassment to admit) I have not heard about this standard until this point. After a Google search, I got an ASQ article http://www.asq.org/members/news/aqc/53_1999/10846.pdf citing this standard as “would support the increased consistency between the QMS and EMS standards”.
I don’t see this standard in www.iso.org
Is there a possibility that the draft of this standard did not move to final stages and withdrawn?

I have ISO 14031, as an ASQ member I also read the article of the link, but I have never seen that standard.
Also at ISO Environmental Management - list of standards, you can’t find this “ISO 10031”.

No. The mention to 10031 in the article was a mistake. Typical problem when Environmental professionals dare to talk about Quality issues....:lol: .
Thankfully we don't have this problem @ The Cove:rolleyes:

If I compile the feedback that all of you provided with my initial search results, I think

There is No standard as ISO 10031.
There is a standard ISO/IEC 10031 - Information technology - Text and office systems - Distributed-office-applications model: General model
The article mention may have been a typo citing ISO 10031. It should have been ISO 14031 (Referenced in the article).
My ex-boss may have mistaken ISO 10031 to ISO 10013- Quality Manual development standard
I have mailed to the author of the article for a final clarification.

Article Author Replied:the New Work Item Proposal to develop this document (ISO 10031) did not receive sufficient support and it was not accepted by TC 176.
However, some of the performance aspects proposed were incorporated into ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9004:2000.
