OK guys I hate to admit it but I'm stumped. I'm trying to explain what this clause means to someone who needs to do an internal audit to it. I can't find the right words. I know what I look for but I'm having trouble conveying the message.
4.4.4 Environmental management system documentation The organization shall establish and maintain information, in paper or electronic form, to
a) describe the core elements of the management system and their interaction
b) provide direction to related documentation
