ISO 22442 Supplier Audit Checklist - Medical devices utilizing animal tissues

Per our QMS, we are required to perform an annual audit of our supplier that provides us with a medical device made of a material of animal origin utilizing ISO 22442-1, ISO 22442-2, and ISO 22442-3 Medical devices utilizing animal tissues and their derivatives. We are a very small company and this will be our first time auditing this supplier. Can anyone provide guidance on where I can find an existing audit checklist to use as a reference? I understand that I will need to tailor it as necessary. Thank you!
