Hi All. New member here, after hours of browsing the interwebz.
Gotta propose a control plan for a single run production of +/- 1200 pcs of machined parts.
I quite gunderstand the ISO 2859-1 tables. I also understand the difference between continuous production and a one off batch, with regarding to switch testing.
I am having trouble understanding the difference >1 between Acceptance and Rejection number.
Assume I have 5000 pcs => sample size 200 (following G-II => L)
AQL = 2.5.
Ac and Re are to be calculated, according to the factors in Table A.1, and are 7 and 13, resp.
NOK >= 13 out of 200 is rejected batch.
NOK <= 7 out of 200 is accepted batch.
What is curtailment, how do I handle 8 - 12 NOK, when do I use double or multiple test plans, ...
I probably don't even ask the right questions. All help is welcome at this point!
