ISO 45001 and SA 8000 comparison

Hallo,
could you help me please? I got a task from my boss to find out what standard is more difficult to implement, ISO 45001 or SA 8000. Our factory is located in the Central Europe and we already have ISO 14001 + ISO 9001.

45001 is tougher because SA8000 has no requirements just guidance
