Find out what's important and explore it. Explore what the response is to things that go wrong. Out-of-tolerance instruments at time of calibration is a big one. You need to be confident the follow up is done. It's important. Have the people walk you through the process. Ask follow up questions. Have a discussion.
Stuff like that.
And rightly I did experience that in using the format yesterday. The discussion could follow the clock either clockwise or anticlockwise, even finding yourself without a definite pattern but at least you are quick to know the next "hour" a response has landed you. And another benefit is that reporting after the audit is much quicker.
Now I have a another gem in my toolbox!!
