A number of ASQ New Orleans Section members and U.S. Department of Energy employees who have completed ISO 9001-2000 Lead Auditor training and/or have conducted audits of the DOE Strategic Petroleum Reserve, are interested in gaining additional audit experience.
These auditors are available as "free labor" in the New Orleans area and possibly in other areas, with permission of their supervisors. They also would be interested in conducting audits for other Federal agencies. This work could include "gas analyses" or assisting with internal audits. The individuals work as Quality Assurance Engineers, Quality Assurance Specialists, System Engineers, and other disciplines.
