Help Please!!!!
In QS-9000 we have a published schedule of the required audit days for the initial certification and for surveillance audits. It is based on the number of employees in the company.
Is there such a thing for ISO-9000:2000? If so, where can I find it? Is there a perscribed surveillance schedule and renewal process? And BTW, what is the duration of the ISO certificate? Is it the same 3 years as QS?
Any information would be appreciated.
