ISO 9001:2008 clause 4.1 Outsourcing Process control

:bigwave:Hi All

What you are all saying makes sense and is directed at my dilemma (although it was not very clear). I am in SA and not all our companies have reached world class status although more are realising the importance of high quality in all forms. The real challenge I have here is that some suppliers are the only of their kind, meaning that cutomers get what they get and that's it. The other is that some senior management are at the point where it is too much of an effort to create SLA's with suppliers. Our company is +\- 20 years old and we do not have these in place and where they are, shhh, it's a secret.

My task is to put controls on the outsourced processes.
