Thank you for the enlightning answer.
When trying to answer these questions I understood that :
We do not get involved in the h/w or s/w purchasing. All these activities are done at a higher level without our unit's involvement.
So we can exclude Purchasing I believe.

I'm afraid we do. We have a team "Applucation Support" like a help desk. They train the users if they do not know how to use the system and also fix bugs on the spot.

So no excluding 7.5.5.

ISO 90003 is quality system management standard for software products and related
services. It replaces the old ISO 9000-3 1997 software standard. ISO IEC 90003
explains how ISO 9001:2000 can be applied to software and related services.
