Aim as high as you dare towards that clean slate, if you can.

I couldn't get support from top management for a comprehensive approach, so we tried the Cliff Notes / Readers Digest approach, and my auditor was unimpressed.

The pain is too recent to go into detail, suffice it to say I'm now on a schedule similar to yours.

Good recommendation for Goldman

However, Randy, July date it may be late, regarding risks, most of the maybe won't be closed, preferably change to may or jun month, so that auditor can prove effectiveness of treated risks, moreover that is a new stuff.

I recently was audited, and this was a recomendation from the auditor.
Hope this helps

It is unreasonable (and shouldn't have been a "recommendation from any CB auditor) to suggest that any identified internal or external issues will be dealt with and closed by the upgrade audit. If finding/training skilled people to replace retirees is the most significant risk, that could be a 3 year project!

A quick "bump" since the topic is still coming up, especially in PMs and emails.
