Confused-
The ISO website indicates that this is still "under development" (see embedded image).

However, the communique' indicates that "expected to be published for the standards on 23 February 2024". Within the same communique' it indicates that "Certification Bodies should already be ensuring..."

Can someone please confirm the release and implementation dates (with reference) ?

The working draft under development is for the next edition (i.e. the eventual ISO 9001:2025).

I'm sure there will be those, but I expect that there will be plenty that want to pluck some low-hanging fruit. It'll be interesting. I think I'm going to wait and see until our next audit comes around. If they write us up, maybe I'll request $1 from @Sidney Vianna through paypal. ;-)
