This pretty much represents the state of the accredited system certification sector. Mandates ignored by a significant percentage of CB auditors, unless they are being monitored/witnessed. Pathetic, just pathetic. How should a CB auditor react, if they found out that a recent QMS requirement was being ignored by 35% of the workforce?

But many in this “industry” get their feathers ruffled when people in the know question the value of such certificates.

Probably a good indicator that 1/3rd of the auditor force doesn't know *hit from "Shinola" to begin with.

The only "negative" remark I had, was one guy that stated that we should have write our point of view about this item on context analisys and we have written our considerations on QMS review...

Yep, Global Warming, it was -1 here a few days ago with 6" of sleet, ice & snow.
