My first stop in the draft was checking for a management representative appointment or assignment, etc. I've run in to problems with Top Management(Previous employer) assigning the "ISO person" to report to sub-management personnel. This caused a problem because the Top Management personnel did not believe that the communication from the ISO person should go direct to Top Mgmt. In fact, communication was mandated to go thru the proper channels....and end up at the TOP Mgmt level. Whaaataaatttt?
So that is my rant. I was really hoping for a more mandated, definitive role for the ISO person.
