ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Check Sheet

I was wondering if anyone out there had an ISO9001:2015 internal audit check sheet that listed the clauses and questions for each clause.

David, are you intending to perform your internal audits using this checksheet? There is jeopardy in doing that - if you only do that. The 9.2 requirement is to also audit the QMS implementation - which becomes (in effect) what should go on the checksheet. (There are other reasons not to do audits against such a checksheet, but we can discuss that as and when)

We in The Cove have consistently disapproved of using such "canned checklists." Funboi has it right: auditing by clause is very limiting. It is much better to explore the processes. We are supposed to be verifying effectiveness of the management system, not just checking off a list.
