I will assume that the referenced document is actually the QS spec not the ISO 9001:2000 standard. If not I'm in deep doo-doo because my copy doesn't have anywhere near 112 pages!
I believe Andrews was asking what clauses of the ISO 9001:2000 an organization can be excluded from and still receive certification, I will answer based on that summation:
Product Realization (clause 7) is the ONLY section of the ISO standard that an organization may state exclusions to, provided they can be justified to the registrar.
If I have missunderstood and fouled up the response, please let me know (kindly) and provide a bit more information so a more accurate response can be made.
