ok, please be gentle with me. I inherited this job. I am a bookkeeper. I got us through our registration and just completed our surveillance audit. We are a small company and most everyone wears different hats. Our owner is here only in the mornings. He walks to each department and they discuss what is going on in their jobs. When we sit down for our "annual" MRM our discussions don't even come close to the standard requirements because we forget what each department talked to our boss about.
I have come up with a form that they can all fill out to help with this. I list all 7 "shalls" in a way that they understand them and they can fill in what shall this fits into.
For the life of me (and I am not stupid) I am having a problem understanding
(f) changes that could affect the quality management system.
Is this trends?
Any help will be very appreciated.
