Greetings
,
My first post and immediately a question for you guys.
I"m working on a school project at a company to find out what is needed to get certified for ISO 9001. I found a huge pile of documents for my research (i am new to ISO 9001) on this forum and i'm gratefull for that.
The company digitised documents and stores the content in a database if needed. Their are currently 16 employees.
I want to find out in what position the current QMS is, so actions could be taken. A way that i found for this is a Gap Analysis as described in several threads. Does anyone have any practical tips for using the gap analysis (implementing ISO) in a small company or a Dutch translation of it. Or maybe even alternatives?
Thanks,
