ISO "Job Descriptions"

Hi everyone,
I'm about to start writing "job descriptions" for a Document Leader, Technical Writer and Internal Auditor and thought I'd check and see if anyone else has something already written. No sense re-inventing the wheel.
Thanks,
Traci

What is the requirements to get those jobs (background, education, skills, etc.) and what is required of the job (type 50wpm, travel, etc.)

Are you looking at 3 separate job descriptions ?

Or are you looking to find "one" written for a lone individual that will fill all the listed duties?

No Traci,

It appears that nobody, up to now (including me) has anything already written.:biglaugh: :smokin:

Ok, well thanks for your input everyone. I'll do them up using Descriptions Now software. Because they aren't full time positions at the company I work for - but are duties additional to those already being performed by employees, I didn't want to do a full fledged job description. As well, where I work, these positions "float". That is, for example, the duties of the Technical Writer are not automatically a part of the duties of another job. Its more like - who is out there than can do this.

Hey Traci....

Since you are apparently the first to write these job descriptions, how about posting them here for the rest of us?
:bigwave:

(I'm just looking for a shortcut too....:biglaugh: )

While I think of it....I don't suppose anyone has any templates for Corrective Action Request reports (Ie. customer complaints, supplier NCRs, etc.)

I'll send a couple.

Traci,

Because of our firewall thing at work, I can't send attachments from here. I'll send you a couple of references from home, later today. :ko: :smokin:
