Ok.. I'm doing a project on ABC company *e.g.* and the project was distributed to different section to different group.

For my group I was selected to do on section 6 for ISO 9001 which is on Human Resource.

I would like to know for section 6 Human Resource what can we do for the procedure for this ABC Company. Like what kind of form do they have. Example: Leave form, Job Application form and etc etc.

1st of all you're starting off on the wrong foot...Section 6 isn't about Human Resources, Section 6 is RESOURCE MANAGEMENT...

People are nothing more than a resource to be managed just like, money, time, equipment, facilities, transportation and so forth.

A best short answer would be to just research how the school faculty is managed and so on...The answer is already at your feet, just look for it.

Randy, I had to read your post a few times to believe what you said. To say people are noting more then a resource to be managed nearly made me sick. I am sure you just left out a bunch of information but if that is truly how you feel then you have taken ISO way, way to far

I don't think Randy meant that people are "just" resources in a condescending way. The bottom line is people are a resource. That doesn't make them any less as individuals.

I also think you've misunderstood and also taken Randy's post out of context.

The post was explaining that section 6 is about Management of Resources and not just 'HR'. And cited other examples of resources that require management in a quality management system, including money, time, equipment, facilities, transportation.

It never fails...too much interpretation and not enough reading the words to fully grasp their meaning....Within the context of a management system such as ISO 9001, people have to be managed as a required anfd valuable resource for the system to function effectively towards the end of achieving customer satisfaction. Though not auditable, guidance provided in ISO 9004:2009 expresses the intent of 6.2 Human Resources

ISO 9004:2009 states in 6.3.1: (I'll try not to violate any copywrite problems)

"As people are a most valuable and critical resource, it is necessary to ensure that their work environment encourages personal growth, learning, knowledge transfer and teamwork. People management should be performed through a planned, transparent, ethical and socially responsible approach. The organization should ensure that the people understand the importance of their contribution and roles."

There is a great deal more guidance in ISO 9004 and its through our understanding and appropriate application of provided guidance we can strive to achieve greater levels of effectiveness within our management systems.

Now, I can't audit folks to that guidance of course, but I can sure use it to help provide me with background and better understanding of how the requirements of a system standard could be more effectively achieved and possibly insight into potential variations of objective evidence I could look for. (Remember, it's not a one size fits all process in management systems)
