The following info, link and files were provided to me by the US TAG to ISO/TC176:

The International Organization for Standardization's Technical Committee 176 Sub-Committee 2 (ISO/TC176/SC2) completed its amendment to ISO 9001 in 2008 and its revision to ISO 9004 in 2009; it is now considering whether these (and related standards in the ISO 9000 family) should be revised, and what such revisions should contain.

Your opinions, along with those of other users (or potential users) of the ISO 9000 standards, will be a vital input into helping shape the decisions that ISO/TC 176/SC2 will make on these issues. Please help us in identifying the future contents of this vital Quality Management Standard by completing the survey. The survey is estimated to take about 30 minutes and can be accessed at the following URL:

TC176 members are being incouraged to get as many people as possible to complete the ISO 9001 user survey. At a recent meeting held in Australia, a report on the ISO 9000 Survey responses was given. More feedback is desired by TC176.

Survey responders do not have to be registered to ISO 9001 to participate. Also, the due date has been extended to the end of February.

Everyone in the 9001 forum that has any concerns about the content of 9001 should complete the survey.

Thanks for your attention to this important endeavor.
