ISO DIS 9001 is out. Let's discuss it.

You forget that, from ISO's perspective, rolling out a new version is like what rolling out a new product is for the rest of us. It will benefit ISO with a surge in revenue. Whether it benefits us, the customer, is irrelevant.
This is why I am skeptical of Notified Bodies. Imagine a business that by asking more questions you can generate more revenue.

What would perhaps be more beneficial with Standards that have been published for "some time" would be a system to collect comments relating to queries/issues when trying to follow them..... sort-of attempting to formalise the "published interpretations" documents that appear from time-to-time, along with an easily accessible way to request clarification or report something wrong/inappropriate to a particular situation

Found on Linked In to keep me from mentioning that other entity....

Apart from "No changes in requirements..." which I omitted, pretty much identical... Which it should be, of course.

I've just trawled through the BSI feedback mechanism and left something like 70 comments.

'Opportunity-based thinking' is a deeply flawed concept. Annex A is full of consultancy, contradictions and spurious new requirements.

Beyond this, there isn't anything to trouble anyone who has a functional ISO 9001:2015 QMS

I’ve been watching the draft standards page on the BSI site for a while now waiting for the ISO9001 draft version to finally drop and note that most standards are available for comment for a couple of months and the most comments I have seen this far after this period is 5 whereas this ISO9001 draft is currently sitting at 123 after only a few days.

Unless things change with the proposed revision, there are no requirements in the Annex sections. Like notes, they are intended to provide insight and illumination. Don't get overly concerned about what's in an Annex. Perhaps the biggest concern would be if they cause confusion.
