ISO quality system software such as MQ1 (which is what we currently use)

I'm currently on the search for an affordable software system that can house APQP, documents, PM, gage, non-conformance,supplier, and customer information. We currently use an older version of MQ1 which I love, but it will no longer be viable come June. Their offerings of a cloud based system is just not cost effective for our small business. We are ISO/AS certified but are currently not producing any aerospace product lines. I realize I'll probably need to move everything over manually, and I can handle that.....but I was looking for some reviews on software that people are currently using. I'm not even sure where to start looking as I've used MQ1 for 15yrs. Thanks, and I was unsure what thread to put this under...sorry if it's in the wrong spot.

MQ1? Yeah it's OK and I've audit with it being in use a ton. Surprisingly one of the largest AC manufacturer's around uses Office stuff for a great deal of it's doc control as do many main stream manufacturers. I still see Lotus, I see Google Docs, Share Point and controls in between. It boils down to meeting your needs, ease of use and budget.

Sorry to jump into this so late and I don't have any answers for you however I'm in a similar situation and looking for options.
We are a relatively small company but are growing and have made acquisitions recently and now have branches in 4 stages.

We currently house our document control on an excel spreadsheet, CAR/PAR on another spreadsheet, Calibration via TrackPro, supplier performance in an internal database and customer feedback in a separate database. I would love to find a good system to house all of it.

What is the reason the software will be unavailable after June. If the company is just stopping support, does that matter and could you continue to use it regardless of support?

That's completely understandable. For some folks $35K annually isn't even lunch money level

Absolutely love system we recently purchased very affordable. Originally construction but there are several big OEM's and Aviation Mfg. using now.

I recently looked at an eQMS called Dot Compliance. It's worth looking at. We ended up with ETQ, so I didn't dive into Dot Compliance.

Im using Qmstrak.com is doing a great job keeping up with my document control, calibration and other stuff, i created a thread here in elsmar to find out if people actually use online software for thier QMS and i see some still looking for software.
