Sorry for the late response. We decided to hold off on the purchase of an ISO software. That's the recommendation I made to my management. We agreed it would be too risky to implement both the QMS and a software at the same time (a LOT in term of change management). Plus, I was not entirely convinced about the benefits of an ISO software during the implementation phase.
While researching the topic, I came across some interesting products. We may get back to it later and reconsider it once we have our QMS in place. By then, we will know our needs better. Also, the softwares are quite expensive so that's a way to spread out costs.
