There was more than one person here who didn't understand what you were looking for, so the "cryptic" characterization was appropriate. If you want help, you shouldn't make it difficult for people to help you.
As to your question (which I'm still guessing at, because you haven't seen fit to ask it properly) 8.2.2.1 pertains to QMS processes in general, while 8.2.2.2 pertains specifically to manufacturing processes.
