According to the ISO/TS16949 clause 8.2.3.1, "The organization shall maintain manufacturing process capability or performance as specified by the customer approval process requirements."

Many of our customers have on-going process capability requirements for special characteristics. We do a good job of tracking the on-going process capability within a software program. I would be interested on hearing some approaches on the systems that others have in place to review and act on this kind of information. Do you have teams that reviews the data and reacts as needed? Is there a set frequency for reviewing the data? If you show low capability do you automatically move into 100% inspection?

We also do a good job of gathering appropriate date but... we try not to overburden our facility.

It looks like you are looking for additional job tacking information instead of focusing on Cost of Quality and streaming the processes. :2cents::2cents:
