Hi,
i used to work with a sheet for all complaints from customers. For each complain I describe if it was necessary a root cause analysis. For wich root cause analysis you have to define what actions are necessary to eliminate the problem. You can control all these actions with CAPA's.
It's a simple way to do this kind of work and I'm pretty sure that someone has other (and better) way to do the same!
CAPA = overdue actions / (overduo actions + on going actions)
