Hoping someone could point me to a good (english) regulatory guide on MAH's in Japan. From our colleagues in Japan and also my research on web, i understand the requirement for a minimum of 3 distinct employees at our wholly owned MAH - general mgr, safety mgr, regulatory mgr.
Where is that written in law? Also, if one employee leaves, what is the 'cure period' to get a new one hired?
BTW - is it me or is Japanese regulation only allowed to be known by a secret society of insiders? In the USA, i'm so used to going to the CFR and finding answers, this is quite frustrating!
