JMP Gauge R&R with FORD MSA Data

Hi- Great Forum, my first post!

I am trying to check my JMP Gauge R&R Analysis with the Ford MSA Data provided in another thread.

I've run the GR&R on JMP but the results don't match any of the methods shown in the "Required Outputs" table. JMP shows a GR&R of 7.78 with the Ford MSA Data. The JMP GR&R report for the FORD MSA is attached..

I've also checked the Ford Data with one of the Excel sheets provided on the forum, "08 MSA GRR Example1.xls". This example matches using the Average and Range method.

Anyone have ideas on how to get JMP to correlate with the Ford data?

Hi,

i was trying to find a solution to your problem however i couldn't find the Ford MSA Data you talked about.

i don't use JMP but i goggled it and it seams to have many options to calculate the GRR, so if you want, send me the values of the readings of your trial, and i will compute it on my spreadsheets to see if i can find why are you having different values.
