How can I find a job related to medical device engineering without having UK work experience?
In my personal experience during the last 4 months since my arrival in the UK, I have come to understand that concepts like diversity and gender equality are more than just slogans. I understand that every country wants to protect its people and their interests, but some explanations seem like a joke.

Let’s focus on interview prep and skill development. What are the skills gaps you are facing? We can’t do anything about discrimination here - real or perceived - other than to complain.
