KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for a Service Company

Dear friends,

i will be joining a company which does not adopt any quality system. My problem here is firstly, i dont understand what quality system is suitable to be applied for this type of company. The company nature of business is as the leading provider of pallet, container and crate pooling services for many of the world?s largest supply chains. i will be working in one of its service centre. Secondly,since this is not a manufacturing company,what are the KPIs that i can implement,in case if it is required soon. I hope to get guideline for kpi for the starter since this company does not have any quality system.

i sincerelly hope to get assistance from all of you on the KPI for starter for these types of industry. TQ
