Does anybody could share thoughts about KPI for the auditing process?
I have defined 2.
1 compliment of the scheduled audits.
2 Quantity of findings in each process maximum = 2.
But it seems for me that 2nd KPI, it is not too much useful for the Auditing process, since nc's belong to the audited process, not to the auditing process.
Any Idea on this issue?

The one that means the most to us is repeat findings. If I issue a corrective action, the root cause, corrective action plan and initial follow-up should be robust enough that we will not be seeing the issue again. After all, the whole point is to identify the real cause of the issue and ensure that it won't happen again, right?
Regardless of our best intentions, there are instances where it can recur (such as willful disregard for a process, or lack of managerial oversight)...this is a given and is reality. But aside from anomalies like this, fewer repeat findings over time give an indication of better root cause analysis and effective action plans.
