KPI's (key performance indicators) for a Print shop

Hi everybody

Could someone share the KPI's that normally a print shop business manage?

I'm referring to those specifically of the core business. e.g. reducing steps of printing, reduction in waste, delivery on time, cycles times, etc.

For sales, inspection, warehouse,etc, I'm using the typical kpi's most of quality systems have defined.

How about some which are more 'customer facing' like reduced lead time, lack of returns, speed of response to enquiries. I like to use KPI's/objectives which will benefit the customer more, rather than just internal.
