Until this day we still have labeling error even we are using barcode such as wrong info , wrong lot numbers , wrong part numbers.

The post that refers Readers to Item 11 above does in fact get you to the list. It's isn't a slick as my audit form, but someone from Ford Supplier quality copied the list and that is what is posted here. That can work. The team of 15 people that developed it weren't at Ford proper, they were a part of Automotive Components Division, now defunct and partially Visteon. So it wasn't actually created at Ford...

To be quite blunt, these errors sound like a combination of employee errors - Data entry errors and/or employees putting the wrong labels on containers. After reading through this discussion thread, I think there are sufficient ideas presented here and in Eliminating Mislabeled Product that one has to turn to considering employee training and/or discipline (following their instructions). Having worked in quite a few companies over the years I have rarely seen significant issues with labeling. If labels have incorrect information, I'd do a 5 Whys. Same for wrong lot numbers , wrong part numbers.

Proper labeling isn't rocket science. Almost every time I have encountered it, it has been employees not following their instructions (employee discipline).
