Lack of Awareness in ISO 9001 - Share a Presentation for Employees

Hi everybody

Does someone can share a presentation which is to be used for People who is not interested in following an ISO system?

The system runs with difficulty,even when CEO is insisting on that, however doesn't show strong arguments to convince People.

Something which show the risk of the company, loss of money , image, spending $$ because overtime due to reworks, risk of not passing certification,etc.

The results for not attending on time - CAs, complaints, not focused fully at following procedures,etc.

I appreciate your help

Screw the presentation.

Management have to stop calling it the QMS and just say "management system." If they can't call it that, it isn't one.

Once they call it the management system, everyone needs to know it, or not be managed (i.e. shown the door), no?

Then every discussion about the system becomes a discussion about how things are done, and any adjustments that are made to meet requirements (ISO, customer, whatever) or for continual improvement.
