I need some advice regarding the exemptions for a company from adding the Unique Device Identification (UDI) code on the primary packaging. Specifically, I have small vials that contain 5ml of the product, and 5 of these vials are grouped in one aluminum sachet. Then, 5 aluminum sachets are put in one box.
My question is, can we only add the UDI-DI , UDI-PI in the box and not in the other packaging due to space restrictions? Currently, we only include the expiry date and the batch number on the vials and the sachet.
