Thermocouples are often calibrated using electical stimulation. It is fast and lower uncertainties typically. Handheld thermocouple calibrators are fairly common and not too expensive.

PRTs and SPRTs require higher level equipment and it tends to be more expensive. You might consider sending those to a lab accredited for those calibrations.

Please i need to help me about you try to found to me the SOP for the
calibration of the Centrifuge using photo tachometer, but please must be based on the international reference.

when it comes to temperature, usually, the 'general' reference is to ITS-90.
