Lebanon Import Requirements

Hello! We are a medical device company that does not require registration in Lebanon. Are we able to ship our device directly to customers or do we need to go through a local entity in order to import (i.e. distributor)? Not sure what the import requirements are if we have no registration requirements to follow.
